These are all options for upper and lower retainers and for removable plastic
appliances worn during your orthodontic treatment
  Special designs  |
Most designs and artwork, as well as all decals are limited to appliances and retainers with full palatal coverage, that means upper retainers. If you are getting an expander, some designs will be available.
Decals are not used on mandibular, that means lower, retainers.
Due to acrylic pigment variations, printing irregularities and limitations, actual colors may vary from those shown.

SAGITTAL
The sagittal appliance is probably one of the individually most used active appliances.
Designed by Dr. Hermann Voss of Dortmund, Germany,
there is no finer appliance to gain arch length.
It can be designed for either anterior or posterior arch development.
SCHWARZ 
In many class II cases the upper arch should be expanded independently
prior to the use of a functional appliance.
The venerable "active plate" was designed by Dr. A.M. Schwarz,
enna. In wide use since the 1930s,
it is still a very popular appliance for lateral arch development .
